We are pleased to announce that Bailey Stainsby has been promoted to Product Manager for our Measurement Instruments Business Unit, taking responsibility for the continued delivery and development of our brand new DrumVision™ instrument and all future product innovations.

This appointment comes at an exciting time for the business, following the successful launch of DrumVision™, a platform that represents a significant step forward in our instrument portfolio and plays a central role in the growth of the Measurement Instruments Business Unit.

Bailey has been involved with DrumVision™ from its early stages, contributing to both the technical design and commercial customer proof of concept testing. Most recently, Bailey supported the product's pre-launch seminars and the Houston [launch event](https://tracerco.com/news-events-blog-webinars/news/company/tracerco-launches-drumvision-to-deliver-real-time-process-visibility-in-delayed-coking-and-demanding-interface-measurement-applications/), gaining valuable insight into customer requirements and market positioning.

> Paul Hartley, Managing Director of Measurement Instruments, commented:
> "Having the opportunity to blend Bailey's techno-commercial skills presents a very exciting future as we manage the DrumVision™ instrument move from Product Development & Innovation into the Business Unit and ultimately on to our customers. I am extremely pleased to have Bailey join the team and look forward to seeing DrumVision™ succeed as well as our portfolio expanding into the future."

> Bailey added:
> "I'm excited to take on this new challenge and work with the team to continue the journey of DrumVision™. Watching a product develop from concept through to delivery for our customers is what it's all about, and I'm looking forward to supporting the growth of our instrument portfolio in the months ahead."

Bailey's transition into this role reflects our commitment to building a strong, capable team that can deliver [innovative solutions](https://tracerco.com/innovation/) to our customers across the industry.
