At Tracerco, we measure the unmeasurable. We access the inaccessible. And we solve the seemingly impossible, every day, across six continents, with a team of around 400 people who bring an extraordinary breadth of backgrounds, cultures, expertise, and experience to everything we do.
That diversity is not incidental to who we are. It is fundamental to it.
So, as June arrives and PRIDE month is observed around the world, we want to take a moment to say something clearly: LGBTQ+ colleagues, clients, and partners are welcome here. You belong in this industry. You belong at Tracerco.
We are a global business. Our people live and work in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. They come from different countries, speak different languages, hold different faiths, and carry different life experiences. That is a reality we are proud of, and one we work hard to honour.
Throughout the year, we take time to acknowledge the cultural and religious moments that matter to our people, whether that is Eid, Diwali, Christmas, or others. PRIDE month sits alongside those moments, not because we are making a political statement, but because we believe in something straightforward: every person who works with us, or does business with us, deserves to feel respected and valued.
PRIDE month is rooted in a long history of LGBTQ+ people campaigning for that basic right, to live and work without fear of discrimination or harm. That campaign is not over. In many parts of the world, LGBTQ+ people still face significant legal and social barriers. In the workplace, many still feel they cannot be open about who they are.
We want Tracerco to be a place where that is different.
Our values were written by our people, not handed down from a boardroom. They ask us to be united, to be accountable, and to be remarkable, alongside be driven and be safe. We believe that building a genuinely inclusive workplace is part of living all five.
Inclusion, for us, is not about grand gestures. It is about the day-to-day reality of how people experience working here:
When those conditions exist, people perform better, teams are stronger, and the work we do for our clients is sharper. That is not just a moral argument, though we believe it is the right thing to do, it is also a business one.
We are under no illusions that inclusion looks the same in every country where we operate. Cultural, legal, and social contexts vary enormously. We respect those differences, and we recognise that our people hold a wide range of personal and religious beliefs.
What does not vary is our standard. Every Tracerco employee, wherever they are in the world, is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. And every Tracerco employee is expected to extend that same dignity and respect to their colleagues.
That is the foundation. Everything else is built on it.
Marking PRIDE month is one small part of a broader, ongoing commitment. We know that words on a website matter less than the culture people actually experience when they walk through the door or log on to a call from the other side of the world.
We are committed to continuing that work: listening to our people, being honest about where we can do better, and building a Tracerco where the full range of human talent and experience is genuinely welcomed.
Because that is how we stay remarkable.
This is Tracerco.
