We are delighted to announce Discovery^TM has been named as an OTC Spotlight on new Technology winner. The awards are open to all OTC exhibitors and aims to showcase the most advanced technology updates in the industry. Up to 15 technologies can be chosen for the award in any given year.

Winning technologies had to be less that 2 years' old, original, capable of revolutionizing the offshore and exploration and production industry, proven through full scale application, have a significant impact beyond existing technologies and have broad appeal to the industry. 

The panel recognised Discovery^TM's unique ability to scan through coated subsea pipelines and detect defects at upto 1mm resolution, as well as deposits at density differences of 0.05g/cc as a breakthough in subsea pipeline inspection. It has showcased its amazing capabilities, performing hundreds of scans in ultra-deepwaters in the Gulf of Mexico.

We will be exhibiting at OTC on booths 8213 and 2241L where you can learn more about the technology, speak to the team and view video footage of its recent deployments.

We will officially receive the award at OTC in Houston on 4 May 2015 at a ceremony in the Rotunda area outside of Exhibit Hall B in the NRG Center.
