More than a sounding board, the Forum is a two-way channel that helps ideas flow freely between our workforce and leadership. And at the heart of it is our new UK and Rest of the World Chair; Jayne Turner, whose passion for amplifying employee voices makes her a natural fit for the role.

“The Colleague Forum is a group of representatives from across the business who act as a voice for employees,” says Jayne. “Their role is to listen to feedback, raise ideas or concerns, and work closely with leadership to ensure we continue making Tracerco a great place to work.”
