Based in Houston, Texas, Patrick is our Global Development Manager in the Reservoir business unit, where he plays a key role in shaping the future of our business and delivering measurable value to customers around the world.

Patrick’s role is as dynamic as it is impactful.

“It’s all about collaborating with exceptional talent, driving opportunity development, and enhancing customer awareness of Tracerco’s innovative solutions across key regions and industries,” he explains.

His work spans continents and sectors, and his influence can be seen in nearly every corner of our service portfolio, from upstream and downstream to offshore, carbon authentication, and reservoir diagnostics.

His career path is a testament to the opportunities available at Tracerco. Starting as a Diagnostics Engineer in the U.S., Patrick has held roles including Projects Coordinator, Project Manager in the Netherlands, and Upstream Operations Manager for North America, before stepping into his current global leadership position. Each role has built on the last, offering new challenges and the chance to work with talented teams across the globe.

One of the most surprising aspects of Patrick’s role?

“I’ve helped implement and manage projects in nearly every service application Tracerco offers,” he says. “It’s been an incredible experience working alongside great people to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex customer needs.”

When asked what he enjoys most, Patrick doesn’t hesitate:

“Delivering value to each customer.”

It’s a simple answer that reflects a deep commitment to excellence. He credits his success to strong communication skills and the ability to think flexibly and practically, qualities that help him adapt to evolving challenges and foster collaboration across teams.

Outside of work, Patrick is just as driven and multifaceted. He’s an avid fisherman, scuba diver, woodworker, international cook, and, most importantly a family man.

“I try to do all of the above with my family,” he says. “That’s what makes it all worthwhile.”

His advice to anyone considering a similar career?
