Recognising safety champions: The Be Safe Employee of the Month Award
To highlight and celebrate individual contributions to our safety culture, we introduced the monthly Be Safe Award. This award recognises team members who go above and beyond in promoting and practicing safety at work.
Our most recent recipient, Molly Scott, exemplifies this spirit through her dedication and commitment to safety. Molly consistently demonstrates proactive thinking, a keen eye for potential hazards, and a willingness to support others in working safely. Safety Stand Down: A time to reflect and engage
